A renovation of a maisonette in a Victorian terraced property in Islington. Layouts were streamlined to give a clean simple plan that made the most of a small floor plate. Carefully positioned openings maximise flexibility and space and bespoke floating joinery units provide large amounts of hidden storage, so retaining and highlighting the essential proportions and grain of the Victorian interior.
